9800 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 9800 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all 9800 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using the 9800 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 9800 platform.
To use this platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not prohibited by local or national laws from participating in the activities on this platform.
- Registering as an individual, not as a representative of a commercial entity or organisation.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
9800 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, at any time and without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Management
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9800 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — including using different names, email addresses, or other details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details must be updated through your account settings.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 9800 will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any communication channel outside the platform.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our customer support immediately at [email protected]. 9800 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
Prohibited Conduct on the Platform
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or platform policies.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access or use your account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform through unauthorised technical means.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system in ways that were not intended.
- Threatening, harassing, or causing disruption to other users or platform staff.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 9800 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign exchange rates apply to standard transactions for Malaysian users.
Deposits
You can top up your account balance using supported Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX (internet banking transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. Minimum deposit amounts and daily deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary based on your account's VIP level. All successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your 9800 account can be made via local bank transfer or supported eWallet. Withdrawal requests are processed within a timeframe that varies depending on your chosen method and account verification level. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or eWallet details entered are accurate — 9800 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Dormant Funds
Account balances left inactive for a specified period may be subject to a dormant account maintenance fee in accordance with the platform's current policy. Users are advised to log in and check their account status regularly to avoid any unexpected deductions.

All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency accepted. Daily transaction limits vary based on the user's account VIP level.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 9800 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9800 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding service continuity, market data accuracy, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
9800 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform — including betting losses, loss of income, or service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
Account Suspension & Closure
9800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform.
In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld or forfeited subject to the outcome of the platform's internal investigation. Users may submit an appeal via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the closure notice.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9800 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, brand names, software code, and content layout — is the exclusive property of 9800 or its licensed rights holders. This content is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any content from the 9800 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9800 management. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided appropriate attribution is given.
Third-Party Links
The 9800 platform may include links or references to third-party websites and services for your convenience — such as FPX banking portals or eWallet providers. These links are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. 9800 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of those services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
9800 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. By continuing to use the 9800 platform after any changes are published, you are deemed to have fully accepted those changes.
